Candle Bar Experience
Description
Enjoy a 1 hour session in our scent studio where you'll choose a vessel, blend a signature scent, and pour your own candle!
All materials will be included to create a custom 10oz soy wax candle. No experience necessary!

Studio Policies
Arriving Late
Candle Bar Experiences start promptly at their scheduled time. Please prepare to arrive 10 minutes early to find parking and our studio location within Allied Arts Guild. If you are running behind, please let us know at studio@swirlworks.com.
Cancellation
All candle bar reservations are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled date, please let us know 24 hours prior in order to secure a candle bar or general workshop credit.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded or credited. You are always welcome to gift your spot to a friend!
Should we need to reschedule a candle bar reservation, we will reach out to you to schedule a new time. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled session we will issue a full refund.

How long does the experience take?
Your custom candle experience can take up to 1 hour.
Your candle will need an additional 2 hours to cool before pick up.
We also offer shipping!
Do I get to leave with my candle?
Your candle will need 2 hours to cool before it's ready to go!
You can choose to pick up or ship your candle at checkout.
If you wish to pour and pick up your candle on the same day, please reserve your time at least 3 hours before closing (4PM).
Quick Tip: Make it a whole day celebration with a lunch reservation at Café Wisteria (our neighbor) following your candle bar, and pick up your candle after lunch!
How many spots can I book?
Coming with friends? You can book up to 4 participants per session.
Is this a private session?
There may be additional participants in your session (up to 4).
For fully private events or larger parties, please reach out to artists@swirlworks.com to inquire.
Do you do walk-ins?
Our scent studio is by appointment only at this time.
